1. 90-Night Risk-Free Trial

Try your Lana Sleep Restore Pillow™ for up to 90 nights.

If you’re not satisfied, you can return it for a full refund.

We only ask that you give it at least 14 nights to allow your body to adjust before making a decision.
2. How to Start a Return

Email returns@lanasleep.com with your order number.

Our team will provide simple return instructions.

Once your return is received, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.
3. Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a refund:

The pillow must be returned within 90 days of receipt.

A protective pillow cover or case must have been used.

Products showing excessive damage, misuse, or hygiene concerns may not be eligible.
4. Exchanges
If you’d prefer to try another Lana Sleep pillow or replace a faulty product, we’re happy to arrange an exchange at no extra cost.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your pillow arrives faulty, defective, or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or full refund.
